SIG Sauer P365-FUSE: The Micro-Compact Grows Up

SIG Sauer has spent the last five years quietly rewriting what a concealed-carry pistol is supposed to look like, and the new P365-FUSE is the boldest chapter yet. Built on the same modular fire-control unit as the original micro-compact, the FUSE bolts on a 4.3-inch slide, a full-length grip module, and a factory-cut optic footprint that accepts both RMSc and DeltaPoint Pro plates without an adapter.
Where the P365 XMACRO leaned into concealability, the FUSE leans into shootability. The longer sight radius and heavier reciprocating mass tame felt recoil noticeably, and early range reports from testers put split times on par with full-size duty guns like the P320 X-Compact. That's a big deal for a pistol that still runs a 17-round flush-fit magazine.
Pricing is landing around $799 MSRP, but we're already seeing early street prices dip under $700 at high-volume retailers. If the past two years of P365 variants are any indication, expect the FUSE to spend its first summer perpetually back-ordered — and to show up on Gearfarer's handgun deals board the moment inventory catches up.
